2022 Tax Notice

All credit card donations made in 2022 through the website received an email with a receipt at the time of the donation. Your credit card statement with your donation also serves as a receipt. Annual contribution statements for 2022 will not be mailed for online donations unless requested by writing Father’s Care, Inc., P.O. Box 669244, Marietta, GA 30066 and the amount was $250 or greater.

Notice - Documents required to be made available for public inspection are available upon request and without charge by writing to our mailing address listed above.
